MIAMI (9 de febrero, 2015) – El 2014 fue un año espectacular para Sony Music Latin. Un gran número de las estrellas que integran su elenco internacional consiguieron éxitos sin precedentes, consolidándose en lo más alto del firmamento musical.
La lista de finalistas a recibir los Premios Billboard de la Música Latina 2015 –dada a conocer el lunes 9 de febrero– es una clara muestra de esta afirmación.
Los Premios Billboard son únicos por nombrar a los ganadores según datos cumulativos de sus carteleras de éxitos a lo largo del año previo para cada artista, canción, y álbum en cuánto sus ventas, tocadas radiales, tocadas en Internet, y popularidad en las redes sociales en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico.
Liderando a los finalistas, se encuentran artistas como Romeo Santos (21 nominaciones), Marc Anthony (7),Prince Royce (4), Wisin (4), Ricardo Arjona (3), Camila (3), Chayanne (3), Calle 13 (2) Shakira (2), Yandel (2) yRicky Martin (2).
Además, Sony Music es la disquera con más nominaciones, en las categorías relativas a los sellos discográficos(20).
La ceremonia de entrega de los Premios Billboard de la Música Latina 2015 tendrá lugar el día 23 de abril, en el Bank United Center de la ciudad de Coral Gables, Florida, y será transmitida en vivo por la cadena Telemundo.

MIAMI (February 9, 2015) – 2014 was a spectacular year for Sony Music Latin. A large number of artists on its international roster achieved unprecedented success and reached the heights of their creative powers.
With today’s announcement of the finalists for the 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards, Sony Music Latin artists once again show that they lead the way in their respective genres.
Billboard Latin Music Awards winners are determined by the actual cumulative chart performance of each artist, song and album’s airplay, sales, streaming and social media engagement in the United States and Puerto Rico throughout the previous year.
Leading the finalists are Romeo Santos (21 nominations), Marc Anthony (7), Prince Royce (4), Wisin (4), Ricardo Arjona (3), Camila (3), Chayanne (3), Calle 13 (2) Shakira (2), Yandel (2) and Ricky Martin (2).
Furthermore, Sony Music is the most-nominated label in categories that pertain to record companies (20).
The 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards ceremony will be telecast live on Thursday, April 23, from the Bank United Center in Coral Gables, Fla., on Telemundo.
