RÍO ROMA PRESENTA SU NUEVA PRODUCCIÓN “ERES LA PERSONA CORRECTA EN EL MOMENTO EQUIVOCADO”.
Este 26 de febrero, el público se inundó de romanticismo con la nueva producción discográfica de Río Roma, “Eres la persona correcta en el momento equivocado”. Este álbum es sin duda el más atrevido de su carrera; en él, Raúl y José Luis Roma exploran nuevos ritmos y géneros musicales, adentrándose por primera vez en las raíces de la cumbia, el vallenato y el reggae. Destacan también, innovadores duetos a lado de renombradas figuras de la industria como Los Ángeles Azules, en el tema “El día del ex novio” y Fonseca en “Caminar de tu mano”.
“Te quiero mucho mucho” fue el tema elegido para ser el primer sencillo de este gran álbum. Es una canción que rinde tributo al amor juvenil, a la libertad y especialmente a la adrenalina que va directo al corazón cuando dos personas sienten ese amor espontáneo, el amor a primera vista. El ritmo y las palabras perfectas, artesanalmente colocadas son prueba de que José Luis Roma, autor de la canción, vuelve a acertar en la difícil tarea de explicar algo complicado con palabras sencillas. Junto a la potente voz de su hermano, Raúl, logran llevarnos nuevamente a escucharlos cantar y pensar de inmediato en ese alguien importante para nosotros. Ese alguien a quien queremos mucho, mucho.
El segundo tema lleva el nombre del álbum. Raúl y José Luis Roma decidieron que la canción ameritaba un nombre fuera de lo común, un nombre que de sólo escucharlo o leerlo causara inquietud por oírla de inmediato, por eso eligieron como título la mejor frase… “Eres la persona correcta en el momento equivocado“. Por otro lado este título respira también la esencia global de su tercer álbum, por eso el disco completo también se llama así.
“Una de esas pocas canciones que desde que nació presentía que sería de los temas más importantes de nuestra historia. Es fuerte, directa, intensa, sincera y provocadora. Cualidades que admiro y busco también en una mujer. Lo que me gusta además de este tema es que cada quien se identifica y la entiende a su manera. Hasta la fecha no puedo decir si es de amor o de desamor, y eso… me fascina.” José Luis Roma.

– On Friday, Feburary 26, Río Roma wrote another romantic chapter in their discography with the release of their album Eres la Persona Correcta en el Momento Equivocado (You Are the Right Person at the Wrong Time). This is their most daring album to date. Raúl and José Luis Roma can be found exploring new rhythms and musical genres, approaching for the first time such styles as cumbia, vallenato and reggae. Another appealing aspect of this album is the group’s selection of talented collaborators, including Los Ángeles Azules on “El Día del ex-Novio” (Day of the Ex-Boyfriend) and Fonseca on “Caminar de tu Mano” (Walk With You Hand in Hand).
“Te Quiero Mucho Mucho” (I Love You Very, Very Much) was the first single that previewed this great album. It pays tribute to young love, freedom, and most of all the adrenaline that flows straight to the heart when two people are hit by spontaneous love at first sight. The song’s composer, José Luis Roma, gives it the perfect rhythm and lyrics to sum up a deep concept with simple words. He joins his brother, Raúl, on vocals, delivering a soulful performance that instantly conjures our loved one to mind.
The second single is the album’s title track. Raúl and José Luis Roma decided that the song deserved an unusual name that would tempt fans to listen to it as soon as possible. But Eres la Persona Correcta en el Momento Equivocado is more than an intriguing title – it’s also the theme that encompasses their third album’s overall concept.
