LOS ANGELES (July 21, 2015) – Today, the three-time Latin Grammy® winner Natalia Lafourcadebrings her Hasta La Raíz (Down to the Root) tour to Los Angeles, where she’s performing a sold-out show at the Regent Theater. One of Latin alternative music’s most influential and popular artists, this young Mexican singer and songwriter recently returned with her first album of new material in six years, also titled Hasta La Raíz. This record features the hit singles “Nunca Es Suficiente” (It’s Never Enough) and “Hasta La Raíz,”which have made the worldwide Top 10 on the Spotify Viral 50 chart. Concertgoers will also enjoy performances of her hits that have defined Millennial coming-of-age over the last decade, including “En el 2000” (In the Year 2000), “Casa,” and “Cursis Melodías”(Corny Melodies). Natalia Lafourcade has traveled throughout the world in recent weeks, planting roots and reaping success in such countries as Italy, Spain, Chile, Argentina, and her native Mexico. After tonight’s concert, Natalia Lafourcade will continue with promotional activities in Los Angeles. On Thursday, July 23, she is to perform at the SFJAZZ Center’s Miner Auditorium.
