El nuevo álbum de Yandel Dangerous ocupa la posición #1 en ventas en su primera semana de salida al mercado

La esperada producción musical de Yandel Dangerous bajo el sello Sony Music Latin presentada al mercado el pasado 6 de noviembre ocupa el #1 en ventas a solo una semana de su lanzamiento.

Dangerous, la nueva producción de Yandel, y su tercera producción como solista, está llena de acción y cada corte gira en torno a un segmento musical diferente del mercado pop contemporáneo. La combinación musical ha sido recibida por sus fanáticos por todo lo alto, posicionando a Dangerous como el álbum preferido esta semana.

Entre los temas incluidos en este nuevo proyecto se encuentran: “Calentura Trap Edition”, el tema con el que comienza la producción, es un trap-remix con el invitado especial Lil Jon, del sencillo original, “Calentura”, el cual le ha otorgado una de sus dos nominaciones al Latin GRAMMY 2015, en la categoría de “Mejor Interpretación Urbana”. Su segunda nominación al Latin GRAMMY la obtiene en la categoría de “Mejor Álbum Urbano” por su proyecto anterior Legacy: De Líder A Leyenda Tour (Deluxe Edition).

Dangerous incluye colaboraciones con algunos de los grandes exponentes del género: “Asesina”, junto a la mega estrella Pitbull; “Déjame Explorar”, dueto con French Montana; y “Soy del Barrio” con a Tego Calderón, tema que reafirma la lealtad que Yandel tiene por sus raíces. El tema “No Sales de Mi Mente”, con sonido acústico y junto a Nicky Jam, obtuvo más de 900,000 visitas en YouTube en tan solo ocho días desde su lanzamiento y actualmente cuenta con más 2 millones de views.

Entre los 16 temas en Dangerous también se destacan Gadiel (“Tu Cura”), De la Ghetto (“Riversa”), y Future (“Mi Combo (Spiff TV)”, además de siete temas interpretados por Yandel (“Nunca Me Olvides”, “Loba”, “Fantasía”, “Encantadora”, “Imaginar”, “Bella, Bella”, y “Somos Uno”.)

Yandel, el veterano de 20 años que ha impulsado el éxito de su género a crecer y convertirse en institución, ha logrado establecer su permanencia en la industria del entretenimiento. Ganador de premios GRAMMY® y Latin GRAMMY® fue escogido por Rocnation Sports para convertirse en el primer cantante en realizar un concierto vía “livestream” y cantar en vivo vía HBO “pay-per-view” en la transmisión de la pelea de boxeo (Cotto vs. Canelo), el próximo Noviembre 21, en el Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.

Yandel será el primer artista en presentarse en concierto “livestream” a través de la prestigiosa plataforma Tidal el próximo 12 de diciembre desde Puerto Rico.

La primera producción de Yandel como solista, De Líder A Leyenda fue lanzada en noviembre de 2013 y debutó en el # 1 en el “Top Latin Albums” de Billboard y # 9 en la lista de los albumes Top Urbano. Fue certificado disco de oro por la RIAA en Estados Unidos en marzo 2014, y recibió una nominación al Latin GRAMMY®.

En estos momentos el artista se encuentra de gira por los Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica con presentaciones que han incluido conciertos en Nueva York, Orlando y Los Ángeles. Este lunes 16 de noviembre ofrece concierto en House of Blues en Las Vegas, Nevada y el 5 de diciembre en Miami, Florida.

Yandel’s New Album Dangerous Reaches #1 On Sales During First Week Of Release

– The new production of acclaimed singer and producer Yandel on Sony Music Latin titled Dangerous reached the #1 position on sales in the first week of its release.
Dangerous is Yandel’s third solo album. Filled with action, every track revolves around a different facet of contemporary pop music. Among the songs that are sure to attract attention is the first track “Calentura Trap Edition” featuring Lil Jon, a trap remix of the original single “Calentura” (Fever). This song has earned Yandelone of his two nominations in the upcoming 2015 Latin GRAMMYs®, for Best Urban Performance. His other nomination is in the category of Best Urban Album for his live project Legacy: De Líder A Leyenda Tour (Deluxe Edition).

Dangerous includes collaborations with urban-music’s most dynamic and innovative artists. They include “Asesina” featuring the worldwide idol Pitbull; “Déjame Explorar” (Let Me Explore), a duet with French Montana; and “Soy del Barrio” (I’m From the Barrio), with Tego Calderón, which demonstrates Yandel’s loyalty to his roots. The acoustic-framed song “No Sales de Mi Mente” (You Don’t Get Out of My Mind), featuring Nicky Jam, garnered over 900,000 YouTube views in the first eight days of its release and has now been seen over 2 million times.

Dangerous also includes “Báilame” (Dance With Me), featuring Shaggy and Alex Sensation; “Tu Cura” (Your Cure), featuring Gadiel; “Riversa” featuring De la Ghetto, and “Mi Combo (Spiff TV)” featuring Future. Yandelalso performs as the sole artist on seven cuts: “Nunca Me Olvides” (Never Forget Me), “Loba” (She-Wolf), “Fantasía,” “Encantadora” (Enchanting Woman), “Imaginar,” “Bella, Bella” (Lovely, Lovely Woman) and “Somos Uno” (We Are One).

Twenty years of inspiration and hard work have turned Yandel into an institution, an artist whose trendsetting music is eagerly awaited by the entire entertainment industry. This GRAMMY® and Latin GRAMMY® winner was recently selected by Rocnation Sports to perform on the November 21 HBO pay-per-view telecast of the Miguel Cotto vs. Canelo Álvarez bout at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.

On December 12, Yandel will also become the first artist to livestream a concert on the prestigious Tidal platform, direct from Puerto Rico.

The first solo album by Yandel, De Líder A Leyenda (From Leader to Legend), was released in November 2013 and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart, while reaching #9 on the Top Rap Albums chart, where it competed with English-language material. In March 2014, the album was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and later that year received a Latin GRAMMY® nomination.

As he celebrates the release of Dangerous, Yandel is also gearing up for the next leg of his U.S. and Latin America tour. He recently performed in New York, Orlando and Los Angeles. Upcoming dates include November 10 in Dallas; November 11 in Houston; November 12 in Medellín, Colombia; November 13 in Cali, Colombia; November 14 in Cartagena, Colombia; November 16 in Las Vegas; and December 5 in Miami.

Currently he continuous his U.S. and Latin America tour, which included presentations in New York, Orlando and Los Angeles. This coming November 16 he is scheduled to performe at The House of Blues in Las Vegas, followed by December 5 in Miami.
