Christopher Vélez: Este cantautor ecuatoriano de 20 años se mudó a New Jersey para conseguir una vida mejor para su familia. Trabajó limpiando zapatos por un tiempo hasta que asistió a la audición de “La Banda”.
Erick Colón: Llegó desde Cuba con su madre y con su hermana hace tres años. Le encanta jugar al futbol, bailar y participar en actividades musicales de su colegio en Tampa. Tiene 15 años.
Joel Pimentel: La mayor inspiración de este joven de 16 años de California y de familia mexicana siempre ha sido su recién fallecido abuelo, quien siempre le dio la fuerza para continuar cantando y estudiando teatro.
Zabdiel De Jesús: Este puertorriqueño de 18 años era parte de un grupo de hip hop y salsa de su iglesia. Es cantante, músico y ha sido bailarín de ballet.
Richard Camacho: Creció en el mundo del entretenimiento con su padre músico y camarógrafo y su madre bailarina. A este dominicano de 19 años le gusta bailar, escribir canciones y compartir su amor por la música con su hermano gemelo.

CNCO, the new musical phenomenon that comprises of the winning contestants of the Univision’s musical reality program La Banda, releases the group’s first original song “Tan Fácil” (So Easy) today. “Tan Fácil” is available now at all digital music platforms.
This quintet, made up of Christopher, Erick, Joel, Richard and Zabdiel, has been named as the opening artist for the upcoming fourth phase of global icon Ricky Martin‘s One World Tour, which launches in February, for several concerts in Puerto Rico, Argentina and Chile (see below for dates and venues).
CNCO is ready to show its talent to the world and launch a long-lasting career. Ever since joining this select group, the members of CNCO have worked tirelessly. They’re now immersed in the recording studio where they’re preparing their first album to be released on Sony Music Latin, which is being produced by the urban-music star Wisin and David Cabrera.
CNCO accomplished the milestone of its first public performance, singing at New York City’s Times Square as part of Univision’s ¡Feliz 2016! program to ring in the new year. Tomorrow January 30, CNCO will give its first full concert at The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater.

About the members of CNCO:
Christopher: This 20-year-old Ecuadorian moved to New Jersey in search of a better life for his family. He worked shining shoes for a time, and hopes his mother will be able to join him soon.
Erick Brian: He arrived in the U.S. with his mother and sister from Cuba three years ago. He loves to play football, dance, and participate in musical activities at his school in Tampa. He is 15 years old.
Joel: The biggest inspiration for this 16-year-old Californian of Mexican ancestry has been his late grandfather, who gave him the strength to continue singing and to study theater.
Zabdiel: This 18-year-old Puerto Rican was part of a hip-hop and salsa group in his church. He has been a musician, singer, and ballet dancer.
Richard: He grew up in the entertainment world. His father is a musician and cameraman, and his mother is a dancer. This 19-year-old Dominican likes to dance and write songs, and to share his love of music with his twin brother.
