BECKY G Y MALUMA lanzan su nuevo sencillo y video “LA RESPUESTA”
MIAMI (19 de abril del 2019) – La joven superestrella global Becky G lanza su nuevo sencillo y video en español “La Respuesta” junto al ídolo internacional de la música latina Maluma.
El cineasta venezolano Daniel Durán (quien dirigió los videos de sus éxitos “Mayores” y “Sin Pijama“), dirigió el videoclip en un ambiente utópico reminiscente a la película las Esposas de Stepford (Stepford Wives), solo que en esta realidad la mujeres perfectas son las que están a cargo.
Escrita por Becky G, Maluma y Edgar Barrera, producida por Edgar Barrera y co-producida por Luis Barrera Jr. y Daniel Buitrago, “La Respuesta” es una infecciosa canción bailable destinada a convertirse en todo un himno femenino.
“Me encantó colaborar con mi gran amigo Maluma en esta canción y además trabajar en el video busca romper estereotipos – ‘La Respuesta’ tiene un mensaje poderoso y a la vez es muy divertida. Espero que sirva para empoderar a muchas mujeres y hacer que todos canten y se diviertan“, dijo Becky G.

“La Respuesta” se suma al listado de éxitos de Becky G, que incluyen “Mayores,” con más de 1.5 mil millones de visualizaciones en YouTube/Vevo y “Sin Pijama” con Natti Natasha, que tiene más de 1.3 mil millones de vistas en YouTube/Vevo y fue uno de sólo dos videos en Vevo que sobrepasó mil millones de visualizaciones en el 2018.

“LA RESPUESTA”
MIAMI (April 19, 2019) – Today, global superstar Becky G releases her new Spanish-language single and video “La Respuesta” with international Latin music idol Maluma.
Directed by Daniel Duran (who directed previous massive hits “Mayores” and “Sin Pijama”), the track’s music video depicts a utopian Stepford’esque setting with a major twist. In this reality, the perfect women are very much in-charge and empowered.
Written by Becky G, Maluma and Edgar Barrera, produced by Edgar Barrera and co-produced by Luis Barrera Jr. and Daniel Buitrago, “La Respuesta” is a catchy, danceable track destined to become a liberating anthem for women.
“I loved collaborating with my good friend Maluma on this song and video which are all about breaking free from stereotypes – it has a powerful message and is also a lot of fun. I hope ‘La Respuesta’ serves to empower young women and make everyone sing and dance,” said Becky G.
