GIRA ELLA(S) COMIENZA EN MIAMI CON LLENO TOTAL
New York, NY (18 de octubre, 2012) – El astro de la música tropical y cinco veces ganador del GRAMMY® GILBERTO SANTA ROSA llevó su gira ELLA(S) a los Estados Unidos desde el sábado con una presentación en el Centro James L. Knight de Miami, la cual fue un lleno total. Antes de arribar a suelo estadounidense, su gira ya había triunfado en Puerto Rico, Centroamérica y otros países de Latinoamérica. Algo que hace muy diferente esta serie de conciertos es la participación de una orquesta femenina que acompaña a Gilberto por primera vez. Esta orquesta se llama Las Damas del Caballero. Con este acompañamiento, Gilberto deleitó a su gran público en Miami con sus éxitos contundentes como "La Agarro Bajando", "Conciencia", "Perdóname" y "Que Alguien Me Diga".
Gilberto también presentó varias canciones por primera vez en vivo ante la gente de Miami, incluyendo su nuevo sencillo "Estas Ahi", "Ella" de su álbum ganador del GRAMMY® Latino Irrepetible y su versión de "La Tortura" que fue éxito para Shakira.
Cuidando todos los aspectos de su presentación, Gilberto aseguró que la producción de su concierto daba mucho de que hablar por sus múltiples pantallas de video, animaciones y excelente ingeniería de luz. Incansable y emocionado de estar otra vez en Miami donde tiene tantos aficionados, Gilberto cantó y conversó con su público por casi tres horas.
Su gira sigue este mes con una presentación hoy, lunes 15 de octubre en Washington D.C. en el Teatro Warner donde se junta al elenco de artistas de la presentación denominada Stars, Stripes and Salsa que recauda fondos para latinos des capacitados que han hecho servicio militar. Este martes, Gilberto será galardonado en Filadelfia con el premio 2012 Living Legend Hispanic Choice (Leyenda Viviente, Selección Hispana). Después, su gira sigue con presentaciones en el Grand Opera House de Wilmington, Delaware y el Teatro Shubert de New Haven, Connecticut.
Su nuevo sencillo “¿Estás Ahí?” ha recibido una aceptación muy gratificante por parte del público y de la radio. En menos de tres semanas, ha llegado al Top 10 en tocadas de las emisoras tropicales en los Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico según la revista Billboard. Co-escrita por Gilberto y Rafi Monclova, esta canción está incluida en su nuevo álbum homónimo, Gilberto Santa Rosa, y estará de venta a partir del 13 de noviembre por Sony Music Latin.

ELLA(S) TOUR OPENS IN MIAMI TO A SOLD OUT AUDIENCE
New York, NY (October 15, 2012) – Five time GRAMMY® award winning, Latin superstar GILBERTO SANTA ROSA began the U.S. leg of his concert tour ELLA(S) Saturday night with a sold out performance at the James L. Knight Center in Miami. Following successful dates in Puerto Rico and performances throughout Latin and Central America the tour arrives to the United States. The show features Gilberto performing alongside an all female orchestra for the first time. "Las Damas del Caballero" and Gilberto delighted the Miami audience performing such classics as, "La Agarro Bajando", "Conciencia", "Perdóname" and "Que Alguien Me Diga".
Gilberto also performed several songs for the first time including his new single, "Estas Ahi", "Ella" from his Latin GRAMMY® award winning album Irrepetible and his rendition of Shakira's worldwide hit, "La Tortura".
Alongside a beautiful backdrop Gilberto performed songs with multiple video screens, animations and lighting in a full production. Gilberto conversed with the audience during the nearly three hour show which was a triumphant return.
Gilberto will continue with the tour this month with a stop Monday, October 15 in Washington D.C. at the Warner Theatre where he will perform as part of a fundraiser "Stars, Stripes and Salsa" for Disabled Latino Military personnel. On Tuesday, Gilberto will be honored in Philadelphia with the 2012 Living Legend Hispanic Choice award. Later in the month the tour will include performances at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware and the Shubert Theater in New Haven, CT.
The reaction on radio and from the public for his latest single,“¿Estás Ahí?” has been huge as it has moved into the top 10 of the Latin Billboard Tropical airplay chart in less than three weeks. The song co-written by Gilberto and Rafi Monclova is the first from his upcoming self-titled album, Gilberto Santa Rosa to be released on November 13th by Sony Music Latin.
